Clean brand-new hotel with extremely helpful and really helpful staff.

Also, the location is particularly good and magnificent, minutes from a contemporary mall. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 bags open and all the amenities, for example was not a problem. Very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff, they smile all the time.

The room layout features impractical design elements like separated toilet and shower booths, with limited storage making it feel cluttered. The absence of daily housekeeping meant towels weren't replenished , and the overall space felt smaller than typical business hotels, causing some inconvenience with luggage.

This was a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay for two nights. Modern, neat room for 2 bags open, everything was great. We had a kettle, an air conditioning and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was near to quiet area, shopping malls, and Osaka station on the map. Spent a nice evening at Galleria Umeda, located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue.

The venue's position was central. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a very quite area.

I appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel and the quality of the service, smooth and attentive. The free shuttle bus was a lifesaver. I found the communal bath on the first floor to be a highlight. The room size felt cramped, a bit inconvenient, especially with limited storage for luggage. Despite an overall comfortable atmosphere, the smell in the room was noticeable, possibly from the carpet was great. Some areas like cleanliness could use extra attention to maintain the otherwise great experience.

A continental breakfast should be included!!! The bathroom setup is impractical with separated booths!!! Room size feels cramped with inadequate storage for luggage!!! Toiletries need to be improved for better quality!!!

I had a good stay! Y'all, the staff were so helpful when I needed a late check-in. The little touches, like having my luggage waiting in the room, just made my day. Plus, the communal bath was a real treat after a long day exploring. Just fabulous!

The location is a bit far from Umeda Station, a staggering 17 minutes walk, yet I expected a shuttle to whisk me away immediately. The breakfast was solely Japanese, definitely a letdown for such a renowned hotel. Too bad I couldn't give a good review after waiting for such mediocre service,

I stayed in an Economy Double Room for 6 nights, and honestly, it was a great experience! The shuttle service was super convenient, whisking me to Osaka station in no time. The room was impeccably clean, and the public bath was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, they offered affordable dining options right there in the hotel.
