I had a truly delightful stay! Y’all, the staff were so helpful when I needed a late check-in. The little touches, like having my luggage waiting in the room, just made my day. Plus, the communal bath was a real treat after a long day exploring. Just fabulous!

the location is a bit far from Umeda Station, a staggering 17 minutes walk, yet I expected a shuttle to whisk me away immediately. also, the breakfast was solely Japanese, which is definitely a letdown for such a renowned hotel. too bad I couldn’t give a good review after waiting for such mediocre service,
